Titan Poker review

Titan Poker is quite probably the biggest site on the iPoker network. Titan Poker used to be a solid destination for US players, until the 2006 UIGEA caused it to stop accepting US traffic. Since then, the poker room has turned its focus towards the European market and its efforts have paid out nicely. After having joined the iPoker network, Titan Poker has made determined steps toward becoming one of the online poker industry’s elite. They have touched up their promotions and added new ones (like the ECOOP), and they overhauled their weekly guaranteed offer as well. Titan Poker is currently one of the best destinations for tournaments and live event qualifiers.

The software Titan Poker uses is the battle-hardened iPoker software. Its graphics are nice, although little by little the visuals offered by the room are getting dated. The Titan Poker software offers several special options: players can use a 4 color deck (which is extremely useful for multi-tabling), they can take notes on their opponents and they can use the graphical hand history to track back their actions and to learn from their mistakes.
The software is stable and reliable and I’d also say it is fast, if it weren’t for the extremely generous countdown timer, which slows things down quite a bit.

The sign-up bonus offered by Titan Poker is a 200% match on player deposits, up to $600. Players have to generate Titan Points to unlock their bonus. For every batch of 600 Titan points, a $5 chunk of the bonus is released.
